A the foot of the Eiffel tower

This luxuriously renovated apartment block is in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, a chic sought after address at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Built in the 19th century, it is a typical Hausmannian style building right on Place Trocadero. There is a strip of garden surrounded by a small wrought iron fence which separates the building from the street. The entrance is through impressively large blue double doors which open into an elegant lobby with white and black marble floors. Off to the side is the concierge desk where you can relax on the sofa while you complete your check in.

Although in the heart of the city, the excellent insulation of the apartment building ensures that the noise of city life is kept to a bare minimum. The renovations were carried out in 2008 with the interior stylishly decorated by the award winning decorator, Remi Tessier, combining the latest in technology with superb contemporary design. Alcantara sofas sit on pale wooden parquet floors with cream rugs and wenge wooden tables in the sitting and dining area. Diaphanous curtains gently frame the large windows which look out onto the avenues around the Place Trocadero or onto the Eiffel Tower. There are flat screen plasma TVs and top of the range Bang and Olufsen sound systems with MP3 ports in each apartment. The state of the art kitchens are a chef's delight each having two ovens and two fridges. The bedrooms are large with modern four poster beds and wooden floors. All of the ensuite bathrooms have free standing tubs with roomy walk in shower stalls and a supply of La Reserve brand bathroom products for some extra pampering.
