This property, in the heart of the golden triangle of Cote D'Azur, is ideal for a large family, group of friends or for a wedding. Quieter than Cannes, but with easy access to the sea, Grasse offers a taste of the back country of the Cote d'Azur. 10 minutes from Mougins vieux village, Valbonne and the great restaurants of the area., As you enter the gates to this property a lush 1 hectare garden, partly cultivated and partly wild, welcomes you with the flavours of the Provence: lavender, olive trees, bougainvilleas, cherry trees, peach trees, plum trees, and fig trees.

This 18th Century manoir has been lovingly restored by its owners. Rich fabrics, warm textures, and tantalising colours, blend in refined manner that keeps to both a traditional decorating element and something slightly original at the same time. There are 7 bedrooms, all ensuite. 5 are very large double bedrooms with open stone provencal fireplaces, one is a two room suite (capable of being used by a family of 4 or five) , one is a suite with a garden terrace of its own. In addition there are two smaller en suite bedrooms, one of which is usually used by the resident manager, if he is required by the tenants. in front of the villa is 500 sq metres of terracing with fountain, overlooked by a provencal cuisine d'ete made of local stone and oak beams with bar, barbeque, outside kitchen. This is often the choice for outside dining throughout the summer months. There is lots of room both in doors and out doors so that each will find space enough to relax, to have fun, or to disappear. The huge pool is surrounded by relaxation areas and a pergola for shade and poolside drinks.
