10 minutes by boat to Saint Tropez

This villa is situated near the golf club in Saint Maxime, just across the bay from Saint Tropez. There is a boat that crosses every 10 minutes to take you to Saint Tropez or you can just enjoy the village of Sainte Maxime with its many restaurants, a casino and beaches with in a 15 minute walk, or 3 minutes by car. The villa is in very quiet a residental area with about 25 villas, ideal for people who want to avoid the traffic on the coast.

This new provencal villa is all on one level and all rooms have access to the pool and terrace areas. There are 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom is a sunny room that over looks the swimming pool, and there are two bedrooms in an annex with a seperate entrance. These bedrooms are ideal for guests or children who want their own independance. The decoration is harmonious, using tones of brown, beige and cream. There are cool stone floors, wooden beams giving the feeling of being in the countryside. The kitchen adds a touch of provencal flare with its red and olive coulour tiles. The villa is under two huge pine trees which keep the villa cool in the heat of the day and give shade on the terrace.
