Situated 10 minutes by foot from the Palais des Festivals this apartment is ideal for business men or women participating in one of Cannes many congresses. In a three floor building, over looking the beautiful port Canto and the sea. You can go shopping in Cannes many luxury boutiques, go for a swim in the sea, all within walking distance.

This first floor apartment has 3 double bedrooms all en suite, and is very spacious. There is a large living and dining area that over looks the Croisette and its famous palm trees. A large master bedroom has a 2m four poster bed. Large bay windows make this apartment bright and comfortable. There is a well equipped kitchen with washing and dishwashing machines.
