The villa is situated 5 minutes by car from the Pamplonne beaches and the beach clubs, Clubb 55 and Nikki beach. In a private secure domaine, over looking the bay of Pamplonne.

A pure white contemporary feeling overwhelms this spacious villa. The archictecture is facinating, linear and airy, using brut concrete in some areas. This villa is designed so that there are several living areas. Two bedrooms including the master are in the main villa and 4 identical bedrooms, can be accessed from the patio and have a security alarm system. So in total 5 large bedrooms with possibility of 6, all en suite. An open plan living dining area which has large bay windows that open on the the pool area and the patio area, breathing in the sea view. Palm trees dominate the villa on all sides and give an exotique Mediterranean feeling and there is a Bose music system around the pool area for evening relaxation.

Separate living room/ or 6th Bedroom, with en suite bathroom. Annexe with four double bedrooms, all en suite, with access garden and patio area. Closed garage.
