Situated in a 24 hour guarded domaine in one of Cannes most exclusive areas. Only a 10 minute drive to the 'Palais des Festivals' in Cannes and the sea. This villa has panoramic views over the bay of Cannes and the Esterelle mountains.

The villa was renovated in 2008, giving it a brand new feeling. Decorated carefully with a mix of contemporary and traditional provencal furniture, beige and brown colours giving it a relaxing feeling. Large windows remain open in the summer heat, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic sea view and the terraces covered by large parasols. The master bedroom has a 2 metre bed, over looking the sea and a large flat screen television. There are 4 other bedrooms on a lower level which can be adapted for children or guests.
