This exceptional villa is situated on the hillside over looking Cannes and the Lérins Islands, only 10 minutes away from Cannes and the beaches and 30 minutes from Nice airport.

The villa has been decorated with a taste for the contemporary and offers the latest in modern comfort and a great sense of space. The architecture is particularly interesting, with an entrance via the upper levels of the property that gives no sense of the presence of multiple floors. The beige and white hues of the walls are set in harmony with the brown and black hues of the furniture, giving a jazzy and rather cool ambiance. All the electronic hi-fi, wi-fi, and security systems are state of the art with several flat screens and a discreet surveillance system both indoors and outdoors.
