Special emphasis was given to a large L-shaped pool and to spacious outdoor sitting areas. Since this house was designed to please large groups of people, a fully equipped kitchen takes prominent place in the most strategically correct spot, connecting the outdoor with the inner dining room area.

At the same time it is perfectly balanced. Large but convivial, minimal modern yet warm, silky stylish yet comfortable. Its location offers a stunning sea-view and walking distance to a secluded sandy beach as well as to the beach of Faraggas, with a small beach bar and a water sports school. This villa offers easy living where even with a "full house" one can find a quiet corner.
