Perfect lines and a combination of white, gray and stone create a beautiful result which ties perfectly with the blue of the sea right in front. The villa will delight the lovers of modern minimal architecture, but also those seeking seclusion and peace. Located at a remote area, at about 15 minutes drive from the main town, the villa is situated on a hill so the views are just magnificent.

Kea (Tzia), one of the most beautiful of the Cycladic islands, has lovely traditional villages, a wonderful sea and a variety of different landscapes. This villa is wonderful example of how a modern design can fit in harmoniously with the Aegean landscape. The decor is simple, minimal and stylish, using shades of gray brightened by contrasts of white that create a cool and refreshing feeling. There is a wonderful juxtaposition of the cool interior with the blazing sun reflected in the vast blue sea that stretches to the horizon. A lovely isolated beach is only 10 minutes drive down a dirt road by car (4x4 recommended).
