Total privacy is ensured here—the Zia Estate is located in a private and secured residential area that includes only four homes. This dazzling residence is characterized by recurring water features and an order and symmetry of defined spaces that flow evenly one into the next. A delicious patina of sophistication, glamour and nature combines to create a peaceful yet cosmopolitan living space. Crisp blue Palm Springs skies contrast off the home’s burnished red stone exterior and custom outdoor art pieces outside add to the air of handsome modernity. Meticulously manicured gardens frame the home, and as you walk along the moat-like red stone entry path that is lined with turquoise blue reflecting pools, you’ll come upon two unique doors etched with dramatic silver circles. This circular pattern repeats throughout the home, which is modeled on the tradition of zen and classic contemporary.

The interior of this luxury villa showcases an elegant mix of exotic details while maintaining a classic historic approach to decorating.
