Located in the exclusive and protected area of Roca Llisa, 15 mn away east of Ibiza town, hanging on a cliff side stands this incredible newly built luxury villa providing extraordinary sea views from all levels and bedrooms. Extraordinary.

The house is the work of a renown Spanish architect, while the decoration, a a subtle blend of contemporary minimalism and ethnics themes was completed from scratch with custom made furniture, rugs and lighting by another Spanish rising star of design. As the bedrooms are mostly located on the higher level, and the inner pool below, the middle level consists on a huge open space regrouping dining and living areas with a library/tv corner while the open kitchen can be isolated by a sliding panel in order to leave the chef prepare dinner without disturbing the guests. Large glass windows let the sun shine in from every angle giving the place a different feel depending on the position of the sun. Outside a first pool deck is accessed directly from the main floor providing extraordinary views; below, a second larger pool will make all swimmers happy as inside a third one is located below right next to a Jacuzzi. Simply a dream house.
