Luxury villa "NICKI" is located in the heart of Saint Tropez, in a nice residential area with few other villas around only. It is ideal for people who want to rent a luxury villa remaining close to Saint Tropez for dining out, but not completely surrounded by other villas. It is a short 10 minutes walk to the centre of Saint Tropez, to the sandy beaches and close to "route des plages" which takes you to the hub of the Pampelonne beaches and trendy beach clubs.

This modern luxury villa was built a couple of years ago and has been decorated by the owners with a contemporary flavor. From top to bottom you will see a color scheme of red, black and grey, inspiring peace and relaxation. A sleek open kitchen overlooks the inside ‘zen’ patio area with exotic plants such as banana and palm trees. The luxury villa, which is all on one level, has are four bedrooms, three of which over look the sparkling swimming pool and manicured garden. There is a geothermic cooling system that keeps the villa cool by all times, but you can refresh yourself in the large swimming pool or the Jacuzzi. This villa is ideal for outside dining with a barbecue area, outside music system and colored lightings for parties by the pool
