the villa is situated on the western shores of Lake Como, near the town of Lenno, 20 km north of Como. it is accessible by car, helicopter or by boat through its private shore. the region, aside from its striking legendary beauty you will here never experience boredom. One day waterskiing, another one shopping in Milan, and a third playing golf or cooking along with your personal chef, la vita e bella !

Enchanting, typical, outstanding, magical. the words are too many to decribe this unique property. The main entrance, a short distance from the villa owns private jettry on the lake shore, opens into a spacious entrance lobby with floors, fireplace and grand staircase of traditional Sienna Marble. There is an exquisite formal drawing room opening onto a covered terrace and patio- ideal for dining at sunset. Through double doors is the stunning formal dining room with feature fireplace and parquet floor. Both rooms are beautifully finished with elegant antique furniture, handmade curtains and fine art. Adjacent to the dining room is the butler’s pantry leading down to the main kitchen and laundry area. The fist floor is accessed by the grand staircase from the main entrance hall which leads to the master and other guest suites. There is a separate staircase which then leads to the second floor guest accommodation comprising of a multi function library and exceptional contemporary guest suite. All of the guest suites have the finest Egyptian cotton linen, Chopard toiletries, satellite TV, Ipod, docking, on demand movie/music, Wifi and individual air conditioning. You will find outside along the lakeshore you will find terraces with panoramic views across the lake and mountains. A little aside a independent third house with extra rooms as the second one being nothing else than a dedicated cinema room along with a state of the art gym.
