The villa set high up on a hill, 100m from the seafront in an exclusive 24 hour guarded park in Saint Tropez. Its position is just spectacular, with 180°c sea views. This villa is very private with no close neighbours, set in a large mature garden, and yet remains 10 minutes from Saint Tropez centre and 10 minutes from the beach clubs on Pamplonne beach. There is also a private sandy beach a short walk from the villa. There is a small heated plunge pool and with spa jacuzzi pool. This villa is designed to be in harmony with nature, and is ecologically friendly as it uses the sea water though out the villa.
