Villa del Fattore is a beautiful Tuscan country house in a magnificent estate flanked with landscaped woodlands, quaint hills, blooming orchards, Italian gardens and olive groves. Villa del Fattore was added to the Controni estate in the early 19th century. It was originally built as a home for the estate’s workers and comprised a bread oven, grain storage and stables, among others. The luxurious villa is located just about four miles from the historic walled-city of Lucca. Florence, Siena and Pisa are at an easily accessible distance while one can also visit the World Heritage site of Cinqueterre, quarries of Carrara, the sculpture town of Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi on the Versilian Riviera and the hills of Chianti.

Villa Del Fattore is emphasized with a unique character that complements its rustic setting with modern comforts. A classic style captured in its terracotta tiled floors, frescoed walls and exposed beams exude a traditional Tuscan tenderness. Simultaneously, the villa is outfitted with conveniences like satellite TV, wireless internet access, air-conditioning, central music system, telephones and modern en suite bathrooms. Recently restored to the highest standards, Villa Del Fattore comprises a main house and an adjoining cottage, together ideal for up to 20 guests. Villa Del Fattore features seven double bedrooms and one single bedroom; all the bedrooms are en suite with modern bath/shower rooms. All the bedrooms are outfitted with individually controlled air conditioning and heating system. The grand reception area includes an attractively designed lounge with satellite TV, banquet hall, drawing room and a formal dining room. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and an internal garden conservatory where you can enjoy your meals. The cottage, called Casa dei Cavalli can sleep extra guests in its three double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Casa dei Cavalli also features fully equipped kitchen, well appointed dining room and a sun lounge with satellite TV. In addition to lavish accommodations, Villa Del Fattore features spectacular view of the olive groves and vineyards. The outdoors of this luxury villa is equally fascinating; there is a meticulously maintained lawn with private floodlit swimming pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi tub. Soak in the sun and take in the panorama while relaxing on the chic red chaises lined on the patio. You can also enjoy strolling through the woodland setting and gourmet meals in the Italian piazza or garden.
